Unable to create and view tasks #8

Problem description
I have successfully configured the plugin following the instructions, the TickTick APIs have been authenticated successfully and I do not receive any error messages. However, I encounter the following problems:
- I don't see the /TT action to create a new task in TickTick.
- I cannot view existing tasks in either TickTick or Logseq.
There are no obvious error messages that can help me identify the cause of the problem.
Enviroment
- Logseq: Version 0.10.10 (84)
- Logseq TickTick Sync: v1.3.0
- OS: MacOS 15.1.1
