Remove sample doc_urls

I think it's time to remove the doc_url from all Joomla core site checks that point to the project's GitHub check file. This was fine at the beginning, but now that the product has matured, it can be confusing. I place real documentation links in my own checks, which appear at the bottom of the list. However, by the time a user gets there, they've likely already concluded that all these links are pointless, since every one they clicked on above just took them to the project repository.

For the [Example check], you could put a real link https://www.joomlahealthchecker.com/docs/developers/

For the rest of the checks, I will collect the appropriate links over time.

I closed this question because I realized that the descriptions of the checks are in their code. This is fine in principle, but it disrupt the normal user experience. In general, if you put the descriptions of the checks in separate md files and provide links to them also on Github, it will be easier to read.

Eventually the plan will be to document each one of the checks in the documentation website, but as I am a PHP developer first, and every developer hates writing documentation, that might be a better job for AI at a later date.

The aim of the health checker was to give the check result, not to write a huge Bible on why that result was an important thing to fix which should be obvious by the actual check itself. The docs URL was only added at your request, and at the moment your plugin is the only other integration that is using that feature

Unlike mySites.guru which has complete in depth "Learn More" pages for each tool.

Thank you for your efforts, I appreciate it. I plan to create several more plugins with checks, including custom ones for my clients, so I'm actively participating in the development of this product and will promote it in my work. Ultimately, both you and I will benefit from this over time.
