setupWithCognito exception on ios

Hi,

I am getting this exception on ios only (working fine on android)

RN 0.44.1
react-native-s3 0.26.0
iphone 6 simulator and iphone 4s device -> error
android device -> ok

Please help to troubleshoot.

It looks like ap-south-1 not in s3 region list, so we haven't add it to regionTypeFromString method. If you sure it works for the region, feel free to make a PR for that. :)
