Dahua VTO: Connection closed, retry in 10 seconds

I installed the add-on and configured the sensor according to the documentation.

port: 37777

I get the following message in the log: Dahua VTO: Connection closed, retry in 10 seconds

I have checked the correctness of the host, port, username, password parameters several times and everything is entered correctly.

Hello,

Why you use port 37777, the port 5000 doesn't work for you? 37777/tcp usually it’s DVRIP or 3DES protocol which is not supported by integration. Try to use port 5000 first, if it's doesn't work try 35000. If you get problems try to enable debug logging for component, more info here and post it here if you will see something reasonable.

I use port 37777 because I have that port open by default on the video intercom. There is no service on port 5000 on the intercom.
