How to change the number of decimals in my label

I have some data that I'd like to present as a percentage with one decimal number, like 48.0% or 0.5%
But when I use the %p and set the "percentPrecision" to 1, the rendered value is a percentage value without any decimals like "13%".

Below is an example of it. Am I doing something wrong?
