Could I config shell prompt to show the python evironment in the name tag?

First, I'm sorry for my bad english

I'm currently using Arch with Hyprland install from ML4W dotfile, and find that it is so beautiful and could be customized. So I asked if anyone in the community have a solution for me to config kitty to do this task.

When ever I activate python virtual environment from pip or conda, could the name of the environment appear beside the name tag like in this concept picture? Could you provide me some keywork for me to research, please!
