how to remove this app menu

how can i remove this app menu or smth from the bottom of my window/desktop im new so don't mind if im asking some stupid maybe

Its called Dock in settings app and you can disable it there.

i did search in every setting app like hyprland n ML4W also but i couldnt find dock option, also my ML4W side bar app isnt opening and some guy said he its fixed after update like few mins ago i dont know how to update nor ik how he did it
