Sidepad in an multi screen setup

I use 2 screens in my setup but yet I didn't find a way to open the new side pad on my second screen instead of my laptop screen does anyone know how to do that?

Great question. This should be possible with a dedicated window rule. I will check.

Can you open the file .config/hypr/conf/custom.conf

and add
windowrulev2 = monitor, 1, class:(dotfiles-sidepad)

This should move kitty with the dotfiles-sidepad class to the second monitor (index 1)

Please try this in your custom.conf

windowrule = monitor 1, class:(dotfiles-sidepad)
windowrule = monitor 1, class:(io.github.qwersyk.Newelle)

Sorry for the late response, I've tried both options now but none of it worked.
I don't know if this is helpful but in my setup the work-spaces 6-10 are bound to the second screen.
