create a new iso

Hi stephan, first of all i thank you for your hard work... It is one of most customized riced for hyprland. It would be greatful if you can build an OS based on your dotfiles.

It takes much more time to make a fork of a distribution, which means that you will spend even less time on dotfiles. And it will be a job for more than one person

Interesting. I can imaging that this will cost time. The current way to distribute the Dotfiles has advantaged. I think one of the big ones are the possibility to install it on an established distro and in parallel to other DEs.

No, this is not a job for enthusiasts, it should be done by professionals who can always devote time. I've seen what you think about LFS, but it's too much, it's a huge amount of work and a lot of responsibility. Also, we shouldn't forget about the money costs, and donations are a very unstable source of funding.

i also don't have much idea to create an iso... but i have researched, from LFS we can start... and we can use linux kernel to build the iso...

Hi Stephan, a few weeks back i got the same iso idea, I did some research on it, still doing. I think that it will be possible with a little effort as you have already developed the installer and other settings app. It will be so cool to just install it as an os. But i think that it will be most reliable for arch only.
As arch has a custom tool to do it.
