Restructuring of the dotfiles planned

I will start very soon to restructure the dotfiles folder. I will create a new subfolder ml4w and will move the .settings, apps, .version, login and scripts folder into it.

With that change I can use stow to create symlinks and hopefully to make the folder name dotfiles customizable. I will also remove the . from the folders.

The installer will rename and move the folders into the new destination in case of an update. I hope this will not generate too much side effects on your systems.

Started with the restructuring. Tough job. But the first results are looking good. Keep you posted.

Restructuring is over and pushed to the main branch (rolling release). I will continue some more tests and do some fine tunings before the official release of 2.9.5 including all the new changes.
