Utilize HA System Option "Enable newly added entities"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the only way to add a new task list is to re-install the integration.
HA System Option "Enable newly added entities" is currently not working, means even if this option of the integration is switched on, it is not reflecting new entities (aka tasklists).

Describe the solution you'd like
How abaout adding at installation process all available tasklists. Not needed entities can be disabled manually. New taskslists should be recognized and created as entity at startup of HA if the option is activated.

Seems like a sensible way to do things. Should make setup easier as well.
