Mysterium show error when launch on windows 11 canary build 27943.1

This bug won't allow you to setup node (if it's not set up before), or run node (if already set up) in windows 11 insider canary build 27943.1

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

If your node already set-up

1. When program started : Error => Failed to setup node: Failed to run node

If your node is not already set-up

1. When you finished installing program and run for the first time, after you finished to agree with T&C : Error => Failed to setup node: Failed to setup node

Expected behavior

If your node already set-up

1. Node should run normally like in normal day.

If your node not already set-up

1. After you agree with T&C, it should continue your flow to setup the node.

Environment

• Node version: 1.34.1 (most recent)
• OS: Windows 11 (Only lastest canary build : 27943.1)
  ** This problem persists even after clean install windows on build 27943.1
  ** On Windows 11 insider dev build : 26220.6682 the program work correctly.
• Desktop app version (if applicable): (most recent)
