Different output in monitoring tool and server "No Module Named Pymongo"

i have installed pymongo in the server which is having the issue, the output is totally working fine inside the server , but in icinga monitoring tool. the check is showing that "no module named pymongo" ,

Please help anyone faced this issue before, I have tried lots of way but no luck..

You are running this as root, but the module is probably running under a different user account. Make sure that account can use pymongo. There's plenty of hints to find if you Google that error message
