termux doesn't work

Both the precompiled version on the website and the cargo installed version yield this error on termux on android

~/.../shared/Documents $ echo "test" > test
~/.../shared/Documents $ sendme send test       
Failed to create netmon monitor
~/.../shared/Documents $

Happens in any dir.

This is likely an android permission issue, where you need to give broader permissions to termux
