This feature would build on / complement Issue #73 by adding a gesture-based seek option.

Double-tap/click to seek

Mobile clients benefit a lot from finger-based gestures. I would love to have double-tapping on the sides of the screen seek:

• double-tap right side — seeks forwards (e.g. +10s)
• double-tap left side — seeks backwards (e.g. -10s)

Many mobile video players already do this! I'll explain examples later

But, Jellyfin Enhanced's playback UI is already Awesome😎
i'd love to optimize the mobile experience more !!

Existing implementations (w/ specific examples)

I enjoy the UI of double-tap seek UI for these two:

• Jellyfin Android
• YouTube

• When this setting is set to Integrated Player:
  • Client settings → Video player type

It is just a pain to implement something overriding default jellyfin behaviour. I have learned it the hard way while implementing 2x speed on long press. I am still not mentally ready to touch that piece of code 🤣

Will have to gather up the courage to look into this.
