GitLab loader

Hey there,

I'm considering adding a GitLab loader, essentially the same as the current GitHub loader. Wanted to double check quickly that you'd be willing to merge a PR like this? My plan is to mirror the parameters and functionality of the existing loader essentially one to one.

I was able to get a very basic version working - it might actually make more sense to generalize the GitHub loader into a Git loader (with options for specific forges) rather than creating separate loaders for each one.
