[Kibana] Update the "Edit a dashboard" procedure (elastic#3481)
This PR: - Aligns the text with the current UI - Removes animated GIFs Relates to elastic#3214 ### Note for the reviewers The animated GIFs on this page are obsolete and add little value to the procedure. I decided to remove them for now, in consideration of the following factors: - The UI is going to change again in 9.3 - I still don't have access to ContentStack, where animated GIFs should be stored --------- Co-authored-by: florent-leborgne <[email protected]>
