Building with 'make' - 'go get' is no longer supported outside a module

Hi guys.

Trying to build ncdns-0.3.2 on RHEL family OSes - with make - I get:

-> $ make
	[RELOCATE]	  
	[GO-GET]	  github.com/namecoin/ncdns
go: go.mod file not found in current directory or any parent directory.
	'go get' is no longer supported outside a module.
	To build and install a command, use 'go install' with a version,
	like 'go install example.com/cmd@latest'

I there something a non-programmer can do, to fix/workraround it?

You can try to follow what this AUR package does, but as I've said in #156 (comment) it's pretty difficult to build this project.

Hi! The Makefile is a remnant of a previous maintainer; I don't think anyone is actively using it these days. Building with standard go install workflows should work fine, with the possible exception that the current tagged release of ncdns depends on a fork of the Go standard library that is a bit of a pain to build. This dependency is being removed (should already be gone in master of the relevant repos), as mentioned in my 39C3 talk. So building ncdns should be a lot easier once the next release is tagged.

I'm not sure if I would accept a PR to fix up the Makefile; most Go projects don't have one, and it's a weird setup that would produce nontrivial maintenance burden for me.

Forgot that there are a couple other dependencies that complicate the build (mainly related to easyconfig), which are also in the process of being removed. Hopefully will have that sorted out in the next few months.
