Investigate whether optimistic data is a thing in Tor's HTTP CONNECT proxy #100
Description
SOCKS5 has optimistic data in Tor; it's not clear to me whether HTTP CONNECT has the same extension. The Tor documentation doesn't appear to cover this. We should look into it.
