Upgrade to Node.js v24

Goals

• Align key dependency versions between ENSNode and ENSAwards
• Don't fall too behind with Node version dependency (while keeping on long-term support Node.js version)

Suggested action items

The Node.js version referenced in each of the following files should be updated to Node.js 24 in maximized alignment with the configuration of the same files in the ENSNode repo

The following idea should also be transferred from the ENSNode repo to the ENSAwards repo:

The Vercel configuration for the ENSAwards site also needs to be updated to use Node 24 rather than 22.
