Enable automatic population of data arrays

Goal

Enable users to add App, Protocol, Project, etc., by creating as few files as possible → create a script(s)/function(s) that will automatically populate our data arrays such as APPS, DEFI_PROTOCOLS, ENS_BEST_PRACTICES etc.
