Transport support

Transports have their own coordinate system. A couple of questions which need answers:

Can you be feared, blink, or charge on to or off of a transport?
Is the behavior the same between boats/zeppelins and elevators?

You can NOT be feared or blink on to or off of a transport on classic

The only elevator I can find that you can blink on to is the bottom of the Undercity elevator. I think this is because you're actually blinking onto the ground underneath. You can NOT blink onto the same elevator at the top.
