Am2320 Failed read should negate delay until next read or there should be some way to trigger another read

Using Am2320.cs when the read fails there is no way to force another read until the minimum read interval is completed. Preventing another read makes sense during normal operation of the I2C and the AM2320, but when the read has an error we probably need a mechanism to attempt or accelrate recovery.
