Difference between r941_e81_sup_g514 and r941_min_sup_g507

could you please clarify for what chemistry I can use the "e81" model and what for "min"?

I have reads from three different kits:
SQK-LSK109 v9
SQK-NBD112.24 v12
SQK-NBD114.24 v14

with the old one flowcell (9.4.1)

I have a similar question related to this one. I would like to know which Medaka model I should use for FLO-MIN106 (chemistry R9.4.1) basecalled with Guppy (v7.1.4).

If my data was basecalled with Dorado version 0.9.1 with super accurate (sup) model and Flowcell: FLO-MIN114 (R10.4.1) was used so what code should I use to run medaka. or I can no longer use it in 2025 ? my genome is 40mb and its a fungus.
