Alembic Database Migration Support #400
Description
Hi - I really like the organization of this app. It's quite useful and provides a great starting point for others. One improvement that would be nice to incorporate using alembic for database creation / migration.
It would also be nice to include the use of python-dotenv for reading environment variables. For instance, for database settings in production or testing, as well as other configuration settings for a typical app.
