SQL Alchemy driver returns nan for null values

If a Dremio query through the SQL Alcheny driver returns a null value, the outcome from the driver is actually NaN, which is not useful for many operations.

The example query is:
select null, CAST( 'nan' as float)

The result on Dremio official UI is null and NaN:

But sqlalchemy-dremio returns:
[{'EXPR$0': nan, 'EXPR$1': nan}]
