Multiple Mapper Profiles - sharing maps

I was thinking about breaking up my mapper profile to group mappings by related domains so my profile does not become too large to work with. In some cases I have cross cutting concerns but I don't see a clean way to share a mapping across profiles. It seems like I would have to duplicate mappings.

Any advice on this?
