Rename "Troubleshooting" to "FAQ" #144
Description
Our "FAQ" section is called "Troubleshooting" and that seems to be causing significant confusion. We've gotten feedback a few times that we need an FAQ section, including from ESRR reviewers. Let's rename Troubleshooting -> FAQ.
