PCB readme Female/Male Header is ambiguous

/electrical/pcb/README.md often calls for female and male headers in multiple places.

For example in step 3.5 Install the INA 260:
"Attach an 8x1 female header to the 8 pins on the bottom side of the INA260 / U1 footprint, as seen in Figure 3.10"

"female header" is ambiguous. I assume it means female pin headers, but I don't see the pin header or a whole kit listed in the parts list or BOMs.

I'm currently considering buying this 2.54mm Male and Female Pin Header Connector Assortment Kit.

We should add https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/sullins-connector-solutions/PPTC081LFBN-RC/810147 to the parts list. @DavidMWu is correct, many of the PCB headers needed are not in the DigiKey BOM, so if one didn't have a box of them laying around it would be annoying.
