PeTaL page on www1.grc.nasa.gov needs some TLC

Summary of Issue

Was not sure where to file an issue (and either I would get announcement whenever addressed if I use "Feedback" form) so decided to file it here.

Following fixes needed:

• missing 'H' in "GitHub" within "Contribute to PeTaL on Gitub."
• NTRC URL in "Published" (for "Biocene 2018") is 404
• PDF URL at the bottom for "Using PeTaL with BLAST to find biological models using nucleotide sequences." is also 404
