Duplicate OPERA products sometimes get produced and archived at the DAAC. This ticket will make a place for lists of products removed from the DAACs to be stored and archived, so that all users will be able to trace what happened if/when they notice data missing from the DAACs.

There will be a subdirectory in the repository that will hold text files containing the lists of products removed.
