Daily agent session analyzer: extract patterns for skills

Build a task/software that:

- Reads all agent sessions from the last 24h across: Codex, Claude, OpenCode, Droid
- Scans for patterns (repeated workflows, common commands, etc.)
- Proposes new skills or additions to existing skills based on patterns found

Goal: automatically surface opportunities to codify recurring agent behaviors into reusable skills.
