Setup "test accounts" for each type of standard blog and each standard repository

There should be a test account for each of:

'github, svn, google code svn, cvs

There should be a test account for each of:

blogspot, etc etc.

This way when someone reports "my blog isn't working", we will know if it is a problem with the service/site or the persons account specifically.

These accounts should normally be "hidden" so they do not show up on the dashboard etc unless we enable them briefly to look at this kind of testing.

More importantly, better handling of fetch errors (email them to an admin instead of just putting them in a log) would be nice.
