Unresolved reference to "__tccs_snes_oam" when assembling sneslib.asm #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. assemble and link sneslib.asm
(added) :

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
sneslib.obj:sneslib.asm:273: PARSE_STACK: Unresolved reference to
"__tccs_snes_oam".
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current version from this site / Win Xp sp3
Please provide any additional information below.
Tried with both WlA dDx 9.6 / Wla 9.2
