Progress Bar: changing progress and striped-option not working

Hi,

when I change the progress of a progress bar with the handle on the bottom, there is no visible change. The whole progress bar always is completely filled, no matter what position the handle is positioned at. Also, checking the "Striped" context option does not change anything, the bar color is still solid.

I'm on Windows 10, using Pencil 3.0.4

I also noticed this in the Bootstrap stencil. There should be two handles. The only handle present moves the text within the progress bar. The "Striped" checkbox does not work.
