Allow setting environment variable in launch.json #277

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'm trying to launch my app from debugger using one of the auto-generated configurations: "Launch on Android".

My Android SDK is in an unconventional location and my environment variable doesn't include ANDROID_HOME. As a result tns cannot find Android SDK and fails to launch my app.

Describe the solution you'd like

Introduce env property in launch configuration like many other extensions to allow environment variables where I can set ANDROID_HOME.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I could either install Android SDK in a standard location or set ANDROID_HOME in my .bashrc file. Android Studio doesn't require any of those, and I never had to do that while developing native Android apps. So, I wish I didn't have to do that because of this extension.

Additional context

I'm using a linux system.
