invalid subscription waiting for 5 seconds

when the app subscribes to subject i get this error, "invalid subscription waiting for 5 seconds", what does this error mean ?

servers 2.8.4
golang-client: v1.13.1

could you share some example code, that error seems app specific to me…

i only get this error only when nats traffic is high
