stream-check should not err when some results are missing #1473
Description
Observed behavior
When using --expected to get the number of servers, it fails if not all are present.
14:13:03 server request timed out (received 32 of 33 expected)
Expected behavior
It should use the results from the set of servers it gathered and work with the partial results.
