Capture the system audio

Capture the system audio using WASAPI Loopback, encode and compress it, then transmit it via network and decode it.

This is just for capturing the microphone. What I need is to capture the system audio. But after encoding the system audio and then transmitting and decoding, there is no sound. I have no idea what's going on.
