How to real time record microphone and system sound into the left and right channels of the same wav file ?

Recording to a wav file in real time, with microphone sound saved to the left channel and system sound saved to the right channel.

How to do this ?

i try to understand NAudio.Core/Wave/WaveProviders/MultiplexingWaveProvider.cs , but failed

has any document or sample code ? or some tips ?
