Update tests and github actions, finish up repo

Follow-up to #1

• Update schema files with Nautobot data
• Update tests (currently renamed to tests-old)
• Add an invoke tasks.py to run tests (repo tests, markdownlint, yamllint) and update README to reflect changes
• Update github workflows (currently renamed to .github-old)
• Enable github actions on repo
• Make repo public (verify with @lampwins before making public, want to coordinate this with other releases)
• Create protected tag rule
