Revise data protection mechanisms #274

Environment
- Nautobot version: 3.x
- nautobot-design-builder version: 3.x
Proposed Functionality
Without having done any thorough research on the feasibility of this requested feature, it would be handy if we could define "protection" on a per-design/attribute basis instead of declaring protected models in nautobot_config.py.
Use Case
I have distinct Designs to deploy Core, Distribution, or Access switches. In these Designs, I'm defining almost all of the available Device & Interface attributes. Nevertheless, I want to:
- fully protect my core switches (all of their attributes)
- partially protect my distribution switches (some of their attributes)
- don't protect my access switches (none of their attributes)
