Updated instruction for Raspbian Bookworm / Python 3.11

After 5 years of the first commits, I'm glad to say the project core is still working fine and producing awesome voice reacting color lights, but due to the changes in Python 3.11 installation it became a bit difficult to install the whole setup on Raspbian Bookworm.
To facilitate this process to anyone using this in a Raspberry Pi, I have documented the changes in a fork I did from this project at:

Also my strip was a SK6812 so I had to do some changes to the led.py so I could use this strip, hence I'm not doing a clear pull request for it.
