fix: replace info@ with contact@, remove personal identifiers, clean structured data

- Replace all info@ceradonsystems.com with contact@ceradonsystems.com
- Remove founder Person schema from structured data (was oddly named)
- Remove USMC/Army SF reference from company.html meta description
- Remove 'founder-led' language to read as company not solo founder
- Consolidate contactPoint to single contact@ entry
