52 genetic variants

There are 34 loci for age-related macular degeneration, but I just find only one (rs2230199) in the AREDS dataset.

I find the loci information from two files:

Could you please share the genetic variants preprocessing code?
It would also be very helpful if you could tell me which file I should use to find the correct genotype information?
