Description
The Campaign Finance Manuals will be an important resource to complete the Data Dictionary, to interpret the data, and to understand how reporting requirements may have changed over time. Attached are five versions of the manual: 2010, 2014, 2015, 2019, 2020.

I am not sure if there are other versions. These are the only ones I've found so far.
