Add multi-threading to prevent napari from freezing during batch #114

Maybe this isn't the best idea, because we don't want the user to add more processing to the computer, but it would be better than napari freezing and making the user think the program has crashed. I suppose this is the importance of the progress bar (which currently freezes usually).
