add 'formula' to declare size of feature in microns for ML training

Given a micron size input, convert feature set to use those numbers.
Instead of a user having to say gaussian_blur=1, gaussian_blur=5, predetermine a feature set and then modify the sigma valuse based on the expected microns where sigma = needed pixels * scale
