week-1: init project skeleton

Rescheduled from Week 1 to Week 3 to keep Week-1 bis focused (Google + THM + Notes).

Initialize the base structure for the Secure Identity API project — start clean with a Spring Boot skeleton and security dependencies.

Tasks:

• Create base project with spring init
• Add dependencies: Spring Web, Spring Security, Lombok
• Create package structure /src/main/java/com/secureidentity/api
• Add .gitignore + README.md
• First commit and push
• Close issue automatically
