Display countdown as number of days remaining

Hi, if I have a countdown that will finish in a number of days (for example 5 days), is it possible to have the countdown display the text '5 Days' instead of the standard DD:HH:MM:SS format? (Until there are less than 24 hours remaining in which case it should switch to the DD:HH:MM:SS format)
